Galvalume Steel Coil

Galvalume steel coil is carbon steel coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy using a continuous hot-dipped process combining the corrosion protection and high-temperature resistance of aluminum with the formability and galvanic protection of zinc.

Aluminum zinc plated roll

Performance Features Super corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of aluminum-galvanized coil is extremely excellent, and it is as much as 3 times that of pure galvanized plates. Aluminum elements play a key role in this. When zinc suffers wear during use, aluminum will quickly form a dense alumina protective film on the surface, like a solid shield, effectively blocking the corrosion of corrosive substances on the internal substrate and providing long-term protection for the product. Excellent heat resistance: It has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperature environments of more than 300 degrees Celsius, which is similar to the high temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum-plated steel plates. This feature makes it widely used in the manufacturing of chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and fluorescent lampshades that require high heat resistance.
